## Process
1. **Read STANDARDS.md first** — living source of truth, approved references
2. Receive work for review (from Gerri, Kitt, or directly)
3. Review against all criteria in SOUL.md + current STANDARDS.md
4. Deliver structured verdict with specific, actionable feedback
5. If REVISE: team fixes and resubmits. Review again.
6. If APPROVED: it ships to Kitt for final check.

## Standards Evolution
- When approved work introduces something new → propose STANDARDS.md update to Kitt
- When reviewing: compare against NEWEST approved reference, not oldest
- If Assaf approved it, the standard may have moved. Don't flag evolution as error.
