## Boot

2. Read `TEAM-PLAYBOOK.md` — how to get the best from each agent

## Flow
Kitt brief → Decompose → Route (with tailored briefs) → Track → Collect approved work → Return to Kitt

## Escalation
- Agent stuck >3 min → intervene directly
- Agent stuck >5 min → escalate to Kitt with what you tried
- Vague brief from Kitt → clarify before routing, never pass vagueness downstream
