## What Multi-Agent Sandbox Adds
- **Per-agent sandboxing** — Docker containers with isolated filesystems
- **Tool restrictions** — allow/deny lists per agent (e.g., Tatiana can't `exec`, Thibault can't `message`)
- **Scope options** — `session` (container per conversation), `agent` (one container per agent), `shared`

## Should We Migrate?

**Arguments FOR:**
- Blast radius control — if an agent goes rogue, it can't trash shared workspace

- Not broken — current setup works for trusted single-user team

## My Recommendation

**Not yet.** Current use case is a trusted personal team serving one user. The shared workspace model makes cross-agent collaboration easy (Tatiana outputs to `images/`, Kitt reviews, Gerri coordinates — all same folder).

**Migrate when:**
- Adding untrusted/public-facing agents
- Scaling to multi-user

Docs model: 8 agents → 8 separate workspaces/brains
```

Our agents are more like **roles on the same team** than separate people. They share:
- Same workspace (`/home/clawd/workspace`)
- Same project files
- Same MEMORY.md, same context

The sessions are separate (each agent has `/agents/{id}/sessions/`), but the workspace is shared.

## Verdict

We're in a **hybrid model** that the docs don't explicitly cover:
- Multi-account routing ✓ (docs pattern)
- Shared workspace ✓ (not the docs pattern)

This works for our use case because **collaboration > isolation**. The docs model is for when you want agents to *never* see each other's stuff.

**If we wanted full docs-compliant setup:** Each agent would get `workspace: "~/.openclaw/workspace-{agentId}"` and separate SOUL.md files. But then Tatiana couldn't read Kitt's brief, Gerri couldn't coordinate across outputs, etc.

Current approach = right call for a collaborative team. Docs approach = right call for multi-tenant or security-sensitive setups.

Every agent loads the same workspace files into context:

What Anton Actually Needs

Anton's job: "Is this response lazy? Does it ask Assaf to do work?" He doesn't need:

• Kitchen protocols
• Token leak detection rules
• PM skills references
• Quiet hours cron logic
A slim `workspace-anton/SOUL.md` could be **~1-2KB** instead of 30KB.

**If each sub-agent runs 10x/day:** That's 80k tokens saved daily just on context loading.

Tradeoff

Isolated agents lose shared understanding. Anton wouldn't know about the Kitchen Protocol unless we duplicate relevant bits. Coordination becomes explicit (pass info in the task brief) rather than implicit (everyone reads the same files).

**Bottom line:** For token efficiency, isolated workspaces win. The question is whether the coordination overhead is worth the savings.

2. **Daily auto-commit cron** for any uncommitted changes

**Why:**
- **Creating a repo** under Assaf's GitHub account requires being authenticated as him
- **Generating a fine-grained token** requires logging into his GitHub with password/2FA — can't be done via API without already having a token with `admin:org` or similar elevated permissions

Even if I used the browser tool, I'd hit GitHub login which needs his credentials and likely 2FA.

This is one of those "human has to click the buttons" situations.

That's the Curious Endeavor server. The bots can't join via invite links though — Discord bots join servers through OAuth2 invite URLs generated from the Developer Portal, not regular invite links.

Each bot needs its own OAuth2 URL with `bot` + `applications.commands` scopes. To generate those I'd need each bot's Application ID. Want me to extract those from the tokens and generate the invite URLs? You'd just need to click each one to authorize them into the CE server.

Found it. The `public/` repo has its own `.git` — and the `.gitignore` I wrote to the workspace root also propagated there via the nested git detection. The `public/` repo is now showing those images as deleted (`D`).

**What we were trying to do:**
Strip large binary files (images, PDFs, ZIPs) from the workspace git history so the push to GitHub would succeed.

**What went wrong:**
The `public/` folder (the website) lives inside the workspace directory. Even though it has its own `.git`, its files were also being tracked by the workspace git. When `git-filter-repo` rewrote the workspace history to remove all `*.png`, `*.jpg` etc — it also updated the working directory on disk to match. That physically deleted the image files from `public/`.

**Why the site broke:**
Vercel serves the site from the `public/` git repo. Those images were sitting on disk and referenced in the HTML. Once deleted from disk, the URLs 404'd.

**How we fixed it:**
The `public/` git repo still had the files in its own history (filter-repo only touched the workspace git). So `git checkout HEAD -- .` inside `public/` restored everything from its own history back to disk.

**What's the correct setup going forward:**
- `workspace/.gitignore` → excludes images/binaries (keeps workspace git lean, for code/scripts/markdown)
- `public/.gitignore` → does NOT exclude images (website images must stay tracked for Vercel deploys)

Not traditional backups, but Vercel keeps **full deployment history** — every push creates an immutable deployment snapshot that you can instantly roll back to. So effectively yes, every version of the site is preserved.

The backup chain for the website is:
- **Vercel** → deployment history (instant rollback to any version)
- **`public/` git repo** → full file history
- **Hetzner** → full server backup (catches everything on disk)

Three layers. The site is well covered.

The CE site is hosted on **Vercel** with a Git-based deploy pipeline. Here's how it works:

**Pipeline:**
1. Files live in `/root/.openclaw/workspace/public/` — that's a standalone git repo
2. Edit or add files there (e.g. `public/etoro/index.html`)
3. `git add → git commit → git push`
4. Vercel auto-deploys on push — no manual trigger needed

**For the `/etoro/` page specifically:**
- The page is `public/etoro/index.html`
- There are also PDFs, a `kickoff/` dir, `msa/`, `sow/`, and `visual-research/` subdirectories in there

So if you want to publish something new to `/etoro/`, you'd drop it in that folder, commit, and push — it's live within ~30–60 seconds. Want me to publish something specific there?
