It's a solid architecture spec — five-phase pipeline (Research → Strategy → Production → Distribution → Measurement) with master orchestrator, phase sub-orchestrators, embedded critics, central knowledge system, and structured handoffs.\n\nHere's my honest read on where we are vs. this blueprint:\n\n**What we already have:**\n- ✅ Master orchestrator (me) + role-based agents (Ogilvy, Tatiana, Jessica, Thibault, Anton, Julia, Gerri)\n- ✅ Critic system (Anton at quality gates)\n- ✅ Central knowledge system (Notion + QMD + memory architecture)\n- ✅ Structured file system per project\n- ✅ Handoff protocol (brief → delegate → review → present)\n\n**What's missing or weak:**\n- ❌ **Phase sub-orchestrators** — right now I'm doing all orchestration directly. No dedicated research orchestrator, production orchestrator, etc. Gerri is supposed to coordinate but isn't a true phase-level orchestrator.\n- ❌ **Formal state machine** — we don't have `not_started → in_progress → in_review → approved → handed_off` enforced per phase. QMD tracks status loosely.\n- ❌ **Feedback loop / measurement phase** — we produce and ship but don't systematically measure and feed learnings back.\n- ❌ **Multi-platform routing** — the doc describes routing different tasks to different AI platforms by specialization.
