- Content stream shift: `page.clean_contents()` → `xref_stream()` → wrap with `q 1 0 0 1 0 -30 cm ... Q` → `update_stream()`
- Large Google Drive files: use `drive.usercontent.google.com/download?id=...&export=download&confirm=t`
- PDF compression: Ghostscript `/ebook` setting reduces 19MB→2.9MB, 38MB→3.7MB
