## Lesson Learned: Calendar Cleanup

**Mistake:** When cleaning up "duplicate" calendar entries, I accidentally cancelled a real meeting with Daniel Trau (Torix TV) that was scheduled for 12:30.

**Rule for future:** Before deleting any calendar entry:
1. Verify it's truly a duplicate (same event ID, not just same title/time)
2. Never delete meetings with external attendees without explicit confirmation
3. When in doubt, ask first
