# Trigger: 6pm Lisbon time (18:00 Europe/Lisbon = 18:00 UTC in winter, 17:00 UTC in summer)

## What to Do

At end of day, post to #improvement channel:

### 1. What Was Approved Today
List everything Assaf approved or signed off on:
- Pages deployed
- Decks reviewed
- Visual directions confirmed
- Copy approved
- Cards/content published

### 2. What's New or Different
For each approved item, note:
- Did it introduce any new patterns?
- Did it deviate from current standards?
- Did Assaf give specific feedback that implies a standard shift?

### 3. Ask Assaf
"These were approved today: [list]. Anything here that should update our standards?"

Categories to check:
- **Design:** New layout patterns, color usage, typography choices
- **Strategy:** Positioning frameworks, messaging approaches
- **Copywriting:** Tone shifts, format changes, new templates
- **Visual Curation:** Screenshot/crop quality, image selection instincts

### 4. If Assaf Says Yes
Update the relevant file:
- Brand/design → `agents/anton/STANDARDS.md`
- Visual curation → `agents/anton/VISUAL-STANDARDS.md`
- Copy standards → update Ogilvy's AGENTS.md
- Strategy frameworks → update PM skills INDEX
