# Spoken Institute — Video Script Brief

## 1. The Project

**Client:** Spoken Institute (Daniel & Agnė Kremer)

**Status:** $30M deal with Ort, US expansion planned
**CE Role:** Branding, strategy, creative production

**What we're making:** A short film / brand video for Spoken Institute. Not a product demo. A cinematic piece about the teacher — the fixed human center around which education moves.

## 2. The Brand Philosophy

**Core idea:** The teacher is the method. Not a delivery mechanism — the role model. The student learns by being in the presence of mastery and trying to become it.

**From the brand docs:**
- "Creative Evolution" spine (Bergsonian) — learning as organic becoming, not mechanical acquisition
- "Speech-first learning" — if you can't say it, you don't know it
- "Leaps not ladders" — understanding isn't linear steps, it's sudden ownership
- "Friction-positive" — difficulty is the mechanism, not the obstacle
- "Teacher as role model" — the human anchor of the method

**The Spoken Method (formalized 2026-03-11):**
Understanding = ability to speak about something fluently. The learning cycle:
1. **Present** — absorb the explanation
2. **Rehearse** — speak it back (with it visible)
3. **Harmonize** — speak the correct answer (Socratic on wrong answers)
4. **Restate** — "change octaves" — reformulate in your own words

## 3. The Creative Concept (APPROVED)

**Concept:** The teacher stands fixed. The world dissolves and morphs around him.

He doesn't move through the world. The world reorganizes around his presence. Environments shift — classroom, terrace, peers, sunset — but he stays center. Same person. Same posture. The constant.

**Why this works:** It externalizes the philosophy. The teacher IS the fixed point. Everything else — curriculum, context, setting — is variable. He's not the delivery mechanism. He's the anchor.

## 4. Visual Direction (LOCKED)

**Style:**
- Documentary Israeli — raw, observational, human
- Portra color science — warm, filmic, not digital
- Anti-AI — no polish, no perfection, no CGI tricks
- Photorealistic — real environments, real light

- Mid-30s male
- Beard
- White shirt
- Standing (slight position changes allowed across scenes)
- The SAME man in every shot — he doesn't change

## 6. The Script

## 7. The App (Context — What the Film is For)

**SPOKEN app** — voice-interactive learning. Physics first, domain-agnostic method.

**Design language:**
- Dark purple (#3D2066) background, lime/chartreuse (#AAFF00) accents
- Glassmorphism cards, 3D rendered physics illustrations
- Voice-first (microphone always present)
- Musical metaphors: Harmonize, Rehearse, Change Octaves, Restate

**Navigation:** Map → Node Graph → Present → Rehearse → Harmonize → Restate → Full Review → Create Your Own

The film should communicate the method's soul without explaining the app's mechanics.

## 8. Content Generation System (separate work)

There's also a separate AI content generation system built for Spoken Language (language teaching, European Portuguese). Generation prompt template is at:

This is distinct from the Institute film work — two parallel tracks.
