## Overview
Assaf initiated a strategic project to establish a definitive canon of Curious Endeavor's offerings—what they actually do, for whom, and how to communicate it clearly to clients. The team used Off Menu's positioning framework as a model and leveraged Kitt (AI bot) to audit past work, extract patterns, and build a buyable service menu. The outcome: a live offerings page backed by real project data and buyer archetypes.

## Key Decisions & Outcomes

- **Buyer-first approach:** Defined three ICPs (Funded startups becoming brands, Growth-stage founders, Enterprise partnerships) based on actual pitch history rather than aspirational positioning
- **Eight concrete offerings identified:** Brand Strategy Sprint, Competitive Landscape, Voice System, Copy Deck, Design System, Brand Book, Competition Pages, Sales Materials
- **Three service bundles created:** The Foundation, The Pitch, The Full Build (based on natural groupings from actual engagements)
- **Six explicit refusals documented:** Campaign execution, volume content, retainer models, etc.—clarifying what CE doesn't do
- **Live page deployed:** https://www.curiousendeavor.com/offering/ with design system alignment (Larken + Inter + Mono, CE red)
- **Internal source of truth created:** `work/active-projects/ce/offering-canon.md` as the reference for all future pitches and positioning

## Active/Open Items

- **TOV tool integration:** Need to determine whether the Tone of Voice tool should be its own offering or linked as a live demo within Voice System
- **Target personas from TOV tool:** Lukas requested that personas extracted from the TOV tool be reflected and displayed on the offerings page to show customer archetypes in action
- **Page refinement:** Minor updates pending on persona display and TOV tool prominence
