This is Curious Endeavor's task management hub where Kitt (an AI agent) maintains a real-time board of all active work across the agency. The channel serves as the single source of truth for project status, blocking dependencies, and efficiency tracking. Assaf uses it for daily standups and to prioritize next actions.

## Key Decisions & Outcomes
- **Automated task scanning:** Kitt now runs two daily crons—nightly scan (11pm) comparing day-to-day progress and flagging stalled tasks, plus morning review (9am) summarizing what needs Assaf's attention.
- **Channel-based action routing:** New operating rule established—all task proposals, blockers, or requests for Assaf's input now get posted in relevant project channels as threads, not just summarized here. This surfaces decisions as actionable tasks.
- **Task efficiency tracking:** Nightly cron monitors what's completed, progressed, stalled (>3 days), or dropped to catch slippage early.
