## PAGE TITLE

**CE × Porsche**

## HERO SECTION

### Hero Headline

**You made the right call. Here's how to make it work.**

---

### Signature Stat Block

**76,167**
new vehicles sold in the United States — a record. — PCNA, 2024

*Fig 0.1 — The scale of the brief*

That's not just a sales number.
It's the size of the audience Porsche North America has earned — and hasn't yet built an editorial program to match.

---

### Hero Prose (2–3 sentences)

The in-house team is the right direction. The soul of the brand as North America experiences it — the voice that unifies 204 dealers, that keeps motorsport content moving at race speed, that tells the Taycan story honestly for a US audience — that takes 12 to 18 months to build from scratch. Our agent-first system makes it possible now: intelligence before the brief, copy in 14 days, brand consistency from the Atlanta Experience Center to the Austin showroom.

This isn't a replacement for the team you're building. It's the foundation that team builds on.

---

### 5 Quick Stats

**204**
dealers. One editorial voice.

**14 days**
brief to campaign.

**140k+**
Porsche Club members. One consistent register.

**8 agents**
zero handoffs.

**3**
pillars. One pipeline.

---

## PILLAR SECTION

---

### 01 Campaign Velocity

**Every window is a brand window. CE makes sure you're ready when it opens.**

14 days from brief. Your campaign is live before the approval cycle on the old model clears.

— Race weekend content: brief to platform in 48 hours
— Launch assets: reveal moment to 20-market deployment, same sprint
— Social and editorial calendar: built for cultural moments, not campaign cycles
— Event-to-content pipeline: experiential becomes digital the same weekend

---

### 02 Brand Architecture

**One editorial system. 204 dealers. Every channel. Zero drift.**

A dealer in Austin and a dealer in Beverly Hills should read like the same brand. Right now — across the fragmented roster of six digital vendors with no editorial throughline — they don't.

— North America editorial voice guide: the playbook your team executes against
— Dealer content standards: on-brand assets that don't look like templates
— Channel-native variants: the Instagram post and the showroom leave-behind, both precise
— Visual QA system: brand consistency maintained without making it anyone's full-time job

---

### 03 Intelligence Layer

**You know what the audience is thinking before you write the first line.**

48 hours before you need it. Narrative context — audience language, cultural signal, competitive gap — delivered before the brief goes out.

— Audience language maps: 911 loyalist, Taycan prospect, Macan first-timer — each register different
— Cultural intelligence brief: what the US market is saying about Porsche right now
— Competitive narrative analysis: what C-K, Team X, and BMW's agencies are building toward
— Platform signal mapping: where the conversation lives, and what register it's in

---

## DELIVERABLES DETAIL SECTION
*(Expandable — same architecture as WFP format)*

---

### 01 — Campaign Velocity

— Full campaign production: copy, art direction, layout
— Race weekend content system (brief to post in 48 hours)
— Social content calendar, built to cultural rhythm
— Launch asset suite: up to 20 markets, same sprint
— Event content pipeline: experiential to digital, same weekend
— Real-time localization: market-native, not machine-translated

---

### 02 — Brand Architecture

— North America editorial voice guide
— Dealer content standards and QA protocol
— Visual grammar system: the Porsche look, codified for 204 locations
— Message hierarchy framework: what gets said first, and why
— Channel-specific style guides: Instagram, OOH, editorial, experiential
— Dealer usage guidelines: how any dealer in any market stays on-brand

---

### 03 — Intelligence Layer

— Audience language maps by segment
— Cultural intelligence brief: US market, updated per campaign
— Competitive narrative analysis: what the field is building toward
— Platform signal report: Reddit, X, Instagram, YouTube — where the conversation is
— Trend mapping brief: what's moving before the brand needs to move
— Narrative gap analysis: the stories Porsche should be telling that no one is telling yet

---

## STATS STRIP

**14 days**
brief to production-ready campaign

**204 dealers**
one editorial system

**1 pipeline**
not three vendors, not six approval rounds

---

## PROOF POINTS

---

### Speed × Precision

**16**

eToro operates across 40+ markets. Each one requires positioning that reads local — not adapted, not translated, but native to the market and the moment. CE built the complete campaign system: copy, visual direction, and messaging architecture across 15 markets simultaneously. Sixteen days from brief to production-ready assets. Their previous production timeline was 10 to 12 weeks.

---

### Strategic Foundation

**1 framework**

Brandwatch needed to move from social listening tool to enterprise intelligence platform. That repositioning isn't a copy problem — it's a positioning problem. CE built the strategic framework that defined the shift: message architecture, campaign assets, and the precise language their sales and marketing teams now use to talk about data. Not a deliverable. A foundation the organisation built its next chapter on.

---

## CLOSING STATEMENT

Porsche is being asked to move leaner, faster, and more desirable simultaneously. That's not a paradox — it's a brief. "More desirable" is an editorial problem. It requires stories that don't exist yet: the paddock at Road Atlanta on a Saturday morning, the Taycan owner who drove from Portland to San Francisco and wants to tell someone what that actually felt like, the mechanic at the Atlanta Experience Center who has seen 40 years of 911s and knows exactly what changed with the T-Hybrid.

Those stories require a system. The system takes time to build. The moment doesn't wait.

You are building the team that makes those stories. We understand that. We also know what happens in the 12 to 18 months before the team is aligned: the content gap widens, the campaign velocity slips, and the brand's most important market — the one that just delivered a record 76,167 vehicles — operates without the editorial layer it's earned.

A CE pilot is a defined scope and a defined timeline. It costs less than one full-time hire. At the end of it, your team has a playbook: voice guide, content system, editorial standards — not a blank page.

That's the offer. One pilot. One problem. Proof before commitment.

## COPY NOTES FOR DESIGN

- **Signature stat position:** "76,167" should display large — same visual weight as WFP's "318M." Followed by the descriptor in a smaller register.
- **Fig 0.1 caption:** Run below the stat block in a secondary typeface — creates editorial credibility.
- **Pillar timestamps:** "14 days from brief" / "48 hours before you need it" — these are speed anchors. Display as a single line in a tertiary register, directly below the pillar headline.
- **Dash style:** Use em-dash (—) throughout bullet lists. Not hyphens. Not dots. The WFP format is specific here and it matters.
- **Stats strip:** Three numbers, large. "14 days / 204 dealers / 1 pipeline" — same visual rhythm as WFP's "12 / 18 / 1."
- **Proof points:** Number large, headline small, prose below. The number is the anchor — it should hit before the explanation lands.
- **Closing statement:** No bullets. Prose only. This is the moment where the page earns the ask — don't break it into a list.
