We looked at the German HR mobility market — Navit, Rydes, Workmotion, the employer benefit SaaS category. MOBIKO has the deepest product: three pillars in one platform, a proprietary tax-optimization algorithm, ISO 27001 certification, and adoption rates that most B2B platforms never approach. No direct competitor offers the Budget + Jobticket + Heimladen combination.
The gap is not in the product. Navit has a cleaner brand and more VC money. Rydes has a sharper positioning story. MOBIKO has the most complete offering and arguably the best domain expertise in the space — but at first glance it does not look like it. The WordPress site, the limited social presence, the unrealized Mobilitätsreport — the brand expression is functional, not distinctive.
The “advisory at eye level” positioning is genuinely differentiated. Founders with Konzern background who advise, not just vend — that is a real creative platform, not a tagline. The April 2024 growth financing signals something is coming. A brand that reflects what MOBIKO already is creates leverage before that conversation starts.
We have done the research. We have a point of view on where the opportunity is. We would like thirty minutes to share it.
